Explore how Cardiff children played between the 1930s and 1950s.

This community-led exhibition includes:

• Oral histories featuring personal childhood memories.
• Photographs, illustrations, and vintage toys.
• A co-designed video game created by project members.

This exhibition is a six-month long co-production project between:

• Endeavourers over 60s community group from Ely.
• Cardiff West Community High School pupils.
• Cardiff University postgraduate researchers.

They have worked together, created together, learnt together, and had lots of fun together.

On display in our City Showcase gallery between 11 July – 31 October 2026.
