This exhibition traces the history of Sikhs in Wales, with a focus on the Cardiff community. From early arrivals to the growth of family life, culture, music, and faith, it highlights how Sikhs have contributed to the social and cultural life of the city.
Using photographs, newspaper cuttings, archived television footage, musical instruments, and personal stories, this exhibition comes together to tell a story of migration, belonging, and community.
This is a living history. If you have stories, photographs, recordings, or memories to share, we warmly invite you—especially elders and community members—to contribute and help this exhibition grow.
